Refund policy


You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Outside France, you will not be offered an exchange, only a refund. If more than 14 days have elapsed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Stamped or custom sized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Before making your return, we invite you to go to your online order and fill out an application. We will send you by email the document to be attached to your shipment.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied by original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

It is strongly advised to ship with a tracking number, otherwise BPC cannot be held responsible for non-receipt.

The shipping costs for the return of your item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
