Refund policy

Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. If more than 14 days have elapsed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Stamped or custom sized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Before making your return, we invite you to go to your online order and fill out an application. We will send you by email the document to be attached to your shipment.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is issued. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@blackpearl-creations.fr.

Sale items.

Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We make size exchanges and replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your part for the same item, send us an email at contact@blackpearl-creations.fr.

Shipping

The shipping costs for the return of your item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over €90, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
